I HAVE THE BEST CROWNS IN THE WORLD! Reluctantly, I scheduled my first dental appointment after 7 years. I was tempted to cancel as I was terrified. But my sister reassured me it would be painless as she had been seeing Dr. Wong regularly. I can't believe it...she was right! Dr. Wong has the best staff in the world. Everybody here is so nice, it's impossible to feel nervous or scared surrounded by their cheery disposition and pleasant demeanor. I was introduced to Dr. Wong through my cousin and it has been great ever since. Every time I come in, the staff and Dr. Wong are always so cordial and they take good care of me. I have been coming to Dr. Wong's office for over 20 years...I have always been very happy with their service. The staff has always treated me with lots of care and concern. Dear Dr. Wong: For a while I have been considering switching the location of my dentist because of the long commute I faced per appointment. However, after over 15 years of being a patient of Dr. Wong's, I realized that every appointment I have had has been a friendly and comfortable experience. I've been coming here a long time. I remember the old office on Valley Blvd. and how cozy the old reception room was. Today's office is still cozy and beautiful. One thing that hasn't changed is the warmth of the staff. I always feel comfortable coming here. It's like extended family. I'm always smiling when I visit Dr. Wong. His staff is very pleasant and personal. His hygienists do a very thorough job cleaning teeth, and care about their patients' health. They explain to me each process and why they're doing it. I get a kick learning dental terms I never knew existed. I appreciate Dr. Wong's examination of my teeth after the hygienist's work. It tells me he wants to personally know the condition of all his patients. I've been having my teeth cared for by Dr. Wong and his staff for fifteen years and I'm still smiling.
